  • THE PAVILION

    Our most popular spot! The Stables’ Garden Pavilion is our very own private function room that is set within the Kitchen Gardens. The room boasts a gorgeous veranda surrounded with bright flowers and veggie patches, just a stones throw from our beloved chooks. The room is simple and classic with large bi-fold doors that open to create the indoor/outdoor space that suits events all year round.

    Book the garden and let us take care of the rest.

    Our idyllic surrounds also contain an array of gardens, which we can transform into ideal spots to host your functions, from intimate picnics to grand celebrations. Choose from The Garden Pavilion, The Kitchen Garden, Ellis Stone Garden, The North Lawn, The Croquet Lawn, The Driveway, The Fountain Terrace or our Rose Garden.

    We can style your event and cater to your every need from simple picnic affairs to large garden parties, where we serve up Pimms from our ornate lemonade cart and your guests can enjoy a game of giant Jenga on the lawn.

  • THE BALLROOM

    Melbourne’s cherished Como Ballroom offers a setting like no other.

    Let the history speak for itself; allow its story to immerse you and your guests in a truly unique experience.

    Sip Champagne with the sound of music in the background from our grand piano or why not excite your guests by hosting your very own murder mystery themed dinner party.

WEDDINGS

The Stables of Como offers a wide range of breathtaking spaces for your special day at Como House and Gardens. Its magnificent gardens can provide many beautiful locations for your outdoor ceremony and photographs followed by a stunning reception onsite. The Stables of Como can cater to all your wedding needs over the whole property including furniture hire, post ceremony catering or hosting your lavish reception in The Garden Pavilion.

CORPORATE WORKSHOPS

Looking for the perfect spot for your corporate workshop? Our Garden Pavilion makes for the perfect work space, with the tranquility of the gardens and Allpress Espresso,  you’re on to winner.

Our corporate package entails a morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, with veggies from our kitchen garden, picked just metres from the projector!

Start your day with a game of giant jenga and finish it off basking in the afternoon sun with a mini gelato cone.

WAKES

We want to make these difficult times as easy as possible for you. Celebrate one's life in the Pavilion over looking the Stables Gardens.
